Campaign Management

To send or receive SMS, you need to create one or more campaigns against the SMS service of your project. A campaign is a collection of settings that allows you to send or receive SMSes as per your project's requirement, including Sender-ID, numbers, message body templates, country, and so on.

Note: Only paid accounts can create campaigns.

Create a New Campaign

To create a campaign:

1. In the My Projects sidebar, select SMS.
2. Select Dashboard from the dropdown menu options.
3. On the SMS Dashboard, follow one of the following paths:

Path# 1

1. Navigate to the My SMS Projects section and select the Project against which you wish to create SMS Campaign.
2. Click on Manage icon next to selected project.
3. This action will take you to the My Campaigns page.
4. Click on Create Campaign Tab.

Path# 2

1. Navigate to the My Campaigns section and select CREATE CAMPAIGN tab.
2. This action will take you to the My Campaigns page.
3. In the Select your Project search bar, choose the Project for which you wish to create an SMS campaign.
4. Click on Create Campaign Tab.

You are redirected to a form to create your campaign.

5. Click on CREATE CAMPAIGN tab.
6. A Create SMS Campaign page will open.

Create your SMS campaign as required. After successful creation, the new campaign will appear in the My Campaign section.
