• Video Zoom Factor: The video zoom factor has been introduced to enable zooming of local and remote streams.

Improvements

Media Stream Flow through TURN Server

Media streams from endpoints automatically connect with the media server directly or through the TURN server. The Network Connectivity check automatically determines whether to connect directly or through the TURN server. However, if your application requires, you can enforce the media stream flow through the TURN Service only by passing the firewall scanning and blocking UDP media.

Customizable Active Talkers

You can define how many active talkers you require in a room within a range of 1 to 10. By default, this number is set to 6 at a room level. This number is not affected by screen sharing and canvas streaming.

Improved Audio Video Stream Quality

The overall quality of audio and video stream is significantly improved.

Efficient Handling of Audio Video Stream in Bad Network Conditions

Streaming of audio and video in bad network conditions is effectively handled through the Auto Bandwidth Detection algorithm.
