Video API v1.7.1 Release Notes

EnableX Video API v1.7.2 provides several new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

New Features

FaceAI - Facial Express Recognition

EnableX introduces FaceAI; the fastest, lightest, and complete Facial Expression Analysis and Emotion Recognition AI that works on client endpoints and devices on HTML5-based web browsers on mobile or desktop applications and in web-view in mobiles. FaceAI does not require any external plug-in or application to work. In addition, as the FaceAI SDK works right on client endpoints, no personal data is sent to the EnableX server. Improvements

Improved Media Quality on Low Bandwidth Significant improvement of media quality in low bandwidth conditions with appropriate resolution handling based on available bandwidth.

Restricted Room Size and Session Duration EnableX restricts room size and session duration for trial and paid accounts. Trial accounts can define a room size of 20 users (moderators + participants) with a maximum session duration of 60 minutes. On the other hand, paid accounts can define a room size of 50 users with a maximum session duration of 480 minutes. Paid accounts must contact the EnableX Sales team to have larger rooms with longer session duration.

Bug Fixes

• Advanced Browser Version: For the API calls to work in advanced browser versions, certificates have been changed.
