Video Meeting Branding
Branding options helps you to add marketing content for group meetings and webinar attendees. The marketing contents in the form of text, images, and video are placed right at the login page and in the video room. Branding options are available only for scheduled group meetings and webinars. The contents must be pre-configured through the EnableX portal or the API.
Branding Content for Login Page
Host Domain URL
EnableX meetings are hosted at https://meeting.enablex.io
. The meeting login page displays standard marketing content of EnableX on the right side of the login form. If a user follows the marketing content link, the user is shown additional standard marketing content.
Below is a snapshot of the standard marketing content on the hosting URL.
Unique Meeting URL
To use custom branding content for a meeting, a user needs to follow the unique URL specific to the meeting. Every scheduled group meeting or webinar, therefore, shows a unique URL of the hosted application by appending the meeting_id of the meeting to it as a query string.
Below is a snapshot of the login page where the standard marketing content is replaced by custom branding content when the user follows the unique URL.
So, to show the branding content for each scheduled group meeting and webinar, you can use:

Unique URL to the Hosted App: This is new. For each scheduled meeting, a user needs to follow a URL mapped with the meeting_id in the form of
https://meeting.enablex.io?meeting_id=$MEETING_ID
and enter a PIN to join the video room. -
Direct URL to join: This is the old method. It provides a login URL which does not require a user to enter the PIN. The user can join the meeting just by typing the user's name.
Types of Branding Contents
Different type of rich media content with textual information can be used as branding content in the login page.
Below is a snapshot explaining the different types of content and their positioning.

Rich Media Space: This space can be used for image banners or videos. The dimension of this space is 525x300 pixels. Using this space is optional. If it is not used, the textual contents are moved up in the page.
- Banner: Banners must be of one of these 3 sizes: 525x100 pixels, 525x200 pixels, or 525x300 pixels. The format of a banner file must be one of these: JPEG, GIF, or PNG. The banner files can be uploaded through the EnableX portal or a third-party URL.
- Video: You can use a third-party URL to play a playable video file. The video file must be in the MP4 format. Alternately, use the Video Embed code from YouTube, Vimeo, and so on.

Headline: You can add a headline for your marketing content. The headline must not exceed 50 characters.

Descriptive Text: You can add a description for your marketing content. The descritpion must not exceed 300 characters.

Target URL: You can optionally add a Target URL to use it as a Click-through URL on the "Know more.." button, headline, and banner image. The Target URL opens in a new browser window or a tab.
Branding Content for Video Room
inside a video room, you can add only one image banner at the top bar with a roll-over option to see another larger banner.
The below snapshot shows banner positioning.

Banner Space: You can place a banner of 325x45 pixels at the top bar. The banner must be in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format.

Target URL: You can optionally add a Target URL to use it as a Click-through URL on the banner image. The Target URL opens in a new browser window or a tab.

Roll-Over Banner: You can add another larger size image of 325x325 pixels that you want to display when the mouse is rolled-over the banner on the top bar. The banner must be in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. This banner will disappear as soon as the mouse is rolled-out of it.

Set up Branding Content
You must set up the marketing content for a scheduled group meeting or a webinar before the scheduled start time through the EnableX portal.
How to access the Branding Content Management Tool?
The Branding Content management tool is linked from Meeting Credentials and Meeting Information pages through a button. To acces it:
- Schedule a group meeting or a webinar. On submission, the Meeting Credentials or Meeting Information pages are displayed.
- Follow the Meeting or Webinar Menu from the menu bar to get the list of upcoming meeting or webinar and click the "Manage" button against any meeting.
- Click the "Branding" button to reach the Branding Content Management tool.
Add and manage Contents
The page incldues two tabs: Login Page and Video Session Page (Video Room Page).
Below is a snapshot of the Login Page Content form.

Headline: Enter a headline for the content. The content must not exceed 50 characters.

Text Description: Enter a description for the content. The description must not exceed 300 characters.

Target URL: Optional.

Type of Rich Media File: If you want to upload a banner or use a banner URL, video URL, or a Video Code snippet, choose the preferred option from the dropdown. The form will be extended with additional fields depending on your choice.

Type of Rich Media File: You can choose to upload a small banner or a big banner by selecting the right option from the dropdown. Depending on your choice, the form is extended with additioan fields. Small banners must be uploaded to the EnableX portal. Big banners are optional. If uploaded, they are used as roll-overs.
