Text Chat-Based Q and A
January 21, 2023: The EnableX Meeting introduces text chat based question-and-answer feature for both webinars and meetings using which participants can post questions by typing in into a form and moderators can post back answers to those questions or speak out the answers in the video room. Branding for a Scheduled Meetings and Webinars
January 15, 2023: EnableX Meeting introduces branding options for scheduled webinars and meetings. The owner or organizer can set up marketing contents for the Login Page using a headline, description text, banner, or video, and also add a banner for the video room. Whiteboard
January 15, 2023: The meeting application comes with a device responsive, feature rich Whiteboard best suited for your collaboration needs. The purpose of a whiteboard is to visualize thoughts, concepts, write down ideas, explain and teach, plan and create in the group and many other things. Keyboard Shortcuts
November 9, 2022: The meeting application now supports keyboard shortcuts to issue commands for the commonly used functions. Therefore, without having to use a mouse, a user now can issue commands using the predefined keyboard shortcuts. For more information, see For more information, see keyboard shortcuts.
Raise a Hand to Talk
November 9, 2022: The meeting application introduces the Raise a Hand feature in the group meeting mode to maintain decorum in a video session. In a large party call, a user simply does not need to jump in to an ongoing debate or conversation to talk. Instead, the user can click a button to raise hand to notify others that the user wants to talk. The user can talk after the moderator of the session allows the user to talk.
HLS Streaming to Reach Larger Audience
November 9, 2022: The meeting application now supports HLS streaming in webinars. HLS streaming helps to scale up your reach to a larger audience. Audiences receive the best quality video streaming based on available bandwidth at their end. You can define audience against your Anytime Webinar Room or while scheduling a webinar. Audiences need to follow a direct Join URL to the webinar. As soon as the first audience joins, HLS streaming is automatically started and the live stream is visible to all the audiences.
Polling
October 10, 2022: The meeting application introducs a Polling feature that helps moderators to create and manage in-session polls. Moderators can initiate polling among the participants and get their responses within a predefined time. The responses are consolidated for moderators and the polling result can be shown to every participant in the session.
Screen Share Override
October 10, 2022: Moderators can now stop an ongoing screen sharing of other participants in a video session to allow others to share or present their screens.
Annotation Pause and Play
October 10, 2022 : Annotation feature allows participants to pause a live video to add annotations without interrupting the audio. In addition, participants can play video to continue annotating. So, depending on the use case, participants can annotate on paused and playing videos.
